CUSTODIAL SERVICES
Physical possession of all client funds is maintained and safeguarded by National Bank and Canadian Western Trust, each a separate legal entity from DaVinci.
AUDITING
DaVinci pooled fund’s financial statements are prepared by SGGG and are audited by KPMG, and Fazarri and Partners. KPMG also advises on tax, deal structuring, and valuation issues.
ADMINISTRATION
SGGG Fund Services Inc. is Canada’s largest administrator of alternative investment products and provides all fund accounting to DaVinci’s pooled products.
